
NOMADIC FEAST is a concept of dining where all the food are cooked and processed using traditional nomadic techniques that was invented hundred years ago by the Nomads, the people who live by moving from one place to another place. A combination of advance wood fire techniques, pickling, preservation, and herbal infusion techniques are the key towards the pop-up lunch.
The incredible 4 courses meal was made by Chef Hans & Chef Hengky, which is paired with herbal infusion drinks made by Albert A. Pramono. What makes nomadic feast more interesting is that all courses and drink menu are using organic ingredients grown in Arumdalu lab, which is absolutely safe and healthy. This event introduces the beauty of mother nature and the benefits of nature to everyone.
